Your Fondue, Anytime Anywhere

Fondue... but make it a lunchbox moment 🫕✨⁠

Creamy, melty, cheesy goodness, and yes, your UVI can keep it perfectly warm ‘til you're ready.⁠

Here’s what you’ll need:⁠
– 1 cup grated Gruyère⁠
– 1 cup grated Swiss cheese (Emmental works!)⁠
– 2 cloves garlic, grated⁠
– 2/3 cup dry white wine⁠
– 2 tsp cornstarch⁠
– Ground black pepper, to taste⁠
– Cubed French bread (or veggies, pretzels, cured meats, apples (your call)⁠

To prep:⁠
- Add cheese + garlic to your UVI.⁠
- Mix wine + cornstarch in a bowl, then pour it in.⁠
- Season with pepper.⁠
- Cover and heat for 25 mins (until everything’s silky and melted).⁠
- Pack it with dippers and enjoy when the craving hits.⁠

Warm. Simple. Surprisingly easy.⁠
