Your Fondue, Anytime Anywhere

Fondue... but make it a lunchbox moment 🫕✨
Creamy, melty, cheesy goodness, and yes, your UVI can keep it perfectly warm ‘til you're ready.
Here’s what you’ll need:
– 1 cup grated Gruyère
– 1 cup grated Swiss cheese (Emmental works!)
– 2 cloves garlic, grated
– 2/3 cup dry white wine
– 2 tsp cornstarch
– Ground black pepper, to taste
– Cubed French bread (or veggies, pretzels, cured meats, apples (your call)
To prep:
- Add cheese + garlic to your UVI.
- Mix wine + cornstarch in a bowl, then pour it in.
- Season with pepper.
- Cover and heat for 25 mins (until everything’s silky and melted).
- Pack it with dippers and enjoy when the craving hits.
Warm. Simple. Surprisingly easy.
