I absolutely love this product. I like not having to microwave my food and it keeps me out of the break room. The best part is that it disinfects after you rinse it off and does not hold any smell. I have warmed pastas, stews, cheeseburgers, meatballs and sauce, sweet potatoes, and a variety of leftovers. I have been using this five days a week since I purchased it and am very pleased with this product.

It's hard to find time to eat lunch on a construction site, especially since there's no microwave to heat up our food. However, I have noticed that the lunchbox may not be suitable for cooking raw meats. I usually try to cook my meats beforehand or pack cooked meats to heat up in the lunchbox. Another thing I've found is that the lunchbox may not provide oven-quality reheats. The food tastes great, but it's not quite the same as heating it up in an oven, or at least its my impression. Overall, I really enjoy using the UVI lunchbox and would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a convenient way to heat up their food on the go.

I was really excited to try the UVI lunchbox and see if it could replace my microwave at work. I was tired of eating sad, cold leftovers and figured this would be the perfect solution. And for the most part, I've been really happy with the lunchbox. It heats up my food in just minutes and the UV light really takes care of all the smells after. The lunchbox is also really convenient and easy to use, and I love that I can take it anywhere with me and have a hot, delicious meal whenever I want. However, I do have a few criticisms. One thing I've noticed is that the food can become soggy if I leave it in the lunchbox for too long. This is especially true for vegetables, which tend to get wilted and lose their texture. After contacting customer service I found out that this was a user error, as I should have kept the little lid open and also probably cooked it for too long. This think makes your food really hot and its important to check from time to time not to over or undercook your meals. The other positive is that it seems mall, but holds a good amount of food, and because its sealed, its cooks everything, so you can really stuff it.
I recommend it..its really useful and cute.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. I chose to go with this brand because a friend of mine is using it and a "feeling" this may be a better choice than the cheaper brands and perhaps not cause a fire when it's out of sight. Basically it does what it says so I won't waste time going into everything already covered elsewhere.
