Warm Corn Dip

WARM CORN DIP
(A Fourth of July crowd-pleaser 🇺🇸🌽)

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
▪️ 8 oz canned yellow corn, drained
▪️ 1 fresh jalapeño, seeded + diced
▪️ 8 oz cream cheese, softened
▪️ 1/3 cup sour cream
▪️ 1/2 tsp onion powder
▪️ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
▪️ 1/4 tsp cumin
▪️ 1/4 tsp paprika
▪️ 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (plus more to serve)
▪️ 1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
▪️ Salt + pepper to taste
▪️ 1 large chopped tomato (to serve)
▪️ Tortilla chips (to serve)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. In your UVI, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt + pepper.
2. Fold in 1 cup cheddar, jalapeño, and cilantro.
3. Spread into your UVI and top with remaining cheese.
4. Heat for 25 mins or until melty + golden.
5. Top with tomato + cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
