Warm Corn Dip

WARM CORN DIP⁠
(A Fourth of July crowd-pleaser 🇺🇸🌽)⁠

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:⁠
▪️ 8 oz canned yellow corn, drained⁠
▪️ 1 fresh jalapeño, seeded + diced⁠
▪️ 8 oz cream cheese, softened⁠
▪️ 1/3 cup sour cream⁠
▪️ 1/2 tsp onion powder⁠
▪️ 1/2 tsp garlic powder⁠
▪️ 1/4 tsp cumin⁠
▪️ 1/4 tsp paprika⁠
▪️ 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (plus more to serve)⁠
▪️ 1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar⁠
▪️ Salt + pepper to taste⁠
▪️ 1 large chopped tomato (to serve)⁠
▪️ Tortilla chips (to serve)⁠

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:⁠
1. In your UVI, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt + pepper.⁠
2. Fold in 1 cup cheddar, jalapeño, and cilantro.⁠
3. Spread into your UVI and top with remaining cheese.⁠
4. Heat for 25 mins or until melty + golden.⁠
5. Top with tomato + cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.⁠
