Turkish Pasta

7 oz pasta of choice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 tbsp parsley leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper
For the yogurt sauce
1/2 cup greek yougurt
1 garlic clove
Salt and pepper
For the paprika butter
1/4 cup butter
1tbsp paprika
salt and pepper
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the the onion and cook until softened.
Add beef, curry powder, ground cumin, paprika and tomato paste.
Break up meat with a spatula and cook until fully browned
Meanwhile make the yogurt sauce by stirringtogether yogurt, garlic and salt in a bowl until well blended and set aside
Melt butter in a small skillet or saucepan and stir in paprika and salt to taste. Keep warm.
In a serving bowl layer the pasta, yogurt sauce and beef. Top with cherry tomatoes and parsley and drizzle with paprika butter.
