HEALTHY BAGELS 🥯✨⁠

INGREDIENTS⁠
⭐ 1 cup all-purpose flour⁠
⭐ 1 tsp baking powder⁠
⭐ 1/2 tsp salt⁠
⭐ 3/4 cup Greek yogurt⁠
⭐ 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)⁠
⭐ Toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds⁠

RECIPE⁠
1️⃣ Preheat your Fritaire to 320°F.⁠
2️⃣ In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined.⁠
3️⃣ Add the yogurt and mix with a fork or spatula until combined.⁠
4️⃣ Knead with your hands until the dough feels smooth, adding a little extra flour if sticky.⁠
5️⃣ Divide the dough into 4 equal balls.⁠
6️⃣ Poke a hole in the center of each ball and stretch slightly to form a bagel shape.⁠
7️⃣ Line the Air Stand with parchment paper and place the bagels on top.⁠
8️⃣ Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with your choice of toppings.⁠
9️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.⁠

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Healthy, fresh, and ready to go! 🥯✨⁠
