Ingredientsā
1. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oilā
2. 1 small red onion, choppedā
3. 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed + slicedā
4. 2 cups peasā
5. 2 cloves garlic, mincedā
6. 1 cup instant polentaā
7. 2 cups vegetable brothā
8. 1 cup grated parmesan (plus more to serve)ā
9. 2 tbsp butterā
10. Salt + pepper to tasteā
11. 1 tbsp fresh thyme leavesā

Instructionsā
1. Preheat your Fritaire to 350°F.ā
2. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, onion, asparagus, and peas to the bowl. Air fry for 10 mins.ā
3. Remove veggies; add remaining olive oil.ā
4. Stir in polenta, salt, pepper, and broth. Whisk to combine.ā
5. Bake for 15 mins. Whisk in cheese and butter.ā
6. Bake 8ā10 mins more, until creamy. Whisk again if needed.ā
7. Serve with veggies, a drizzle of olive oil, and extra parmesan.ā
