One (Fritaire) Pot Orzo

CHEESY ONE-POT ORZO
(A cozy, cheesy dinner made easy 🧀✨)
Ingredients:
▪️ ½ lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
▪️ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
▪️ Juice of 1 lemon
▪️ 3 cloves garlic, minced
▪️ 1 cup orzo pasta
▪️ A handful of baby spinach or kale
▪️ 1 ½ cups low sodium chicken broth
▪️ ¼ cup milk
▪️ ¼ cup grated parmesan
▪️ ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
▪️ Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. To the Fritaire pot, add olive oil, chicken, lemon juice, garlic, orzo, spinach, chicken broth, and milk.
2. Air fry at 400°F for 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F and the pasta is al dente.
3. Stir in grated parmesan.
4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and broil for 2–5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
