4 slices mozzarella cheese ⁠
3 slices turkey ham⁠
3/4 lettuce leaves ⁠
1/2 tomato, sliced ⁠
Extra virgin olive oil⁠
Salt and pepper ⁠
Mustard ⁠

Preheat a toaster oven to 350F⁠
Line a baking sheet with parchment papar and line up 4 slices mozzarella cheese.⁠
Bake for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melty and golden ⁠
Add the toppings and roll it all up ⁠
