Jalapeño Poppers Dip
A PERFECT RECIPE TO SHARE THIS 4TH OF JUKY
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped, divided
4 strips cooked bacon, coarsely chopped
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
salt and pepper
Tortilla chips
In your UVI, combine , cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, cumin and paprika.
Fold in the bacon, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, chopped cilantro leaves, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture in your UVI and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. heat up for 25 minutes until the cheese mixture is completely melted.
Serve with tortilla chips .
