Jalapeño Poppers Dip⁠

A PERFECT RECIPE TO SHARE THIS 4TH OF JUKY⁠

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature⁠
1/3 cup sour cream ⁠
1/2 tsp onion powder⁠
1/2 tsp garlic powder ⁠
1 tsp dried oregano⁠
1/4 tsp cumin ⁠
1/4 tsp paprika ⁠
2 tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped, divided ⁠
4 strips cooked bacon, coarsely chopped ⁠
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar ⁠
2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped ⁠
salt and pepper ⁠
Tortilla chips ⁠


In your UVI, combine , cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, cumin and paprika.⁠
Fold in the bacon, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, chopped cilantro leaves, a pinch of salt and pepper.⁠
Spread the mixture in your UVI and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. heat up for 25 minutes until the cheese mixture is completely melted.⁠
Serve with tortilla chips .⁠
