Jalapeño Bacon Cheese Dip

JALAPEÑO BACON CHEESE DIP
(Creamy, smoky, and just the right amount of spicy 🧀🌶️)
Ingredients:
▪️ 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
▪️ ⅓ cup sour cream
▪️ ½ tsp onion powder
▪️ ½ tsp garlic powder
▪️ 1 tsp dried oregano
▪️ ¼ tsp cumin
▪️ ¼ tsp paprika
▪️ 2 tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped, divided
▪️ 4 strips cooked bacon, coarsely chopped
▪️ 1 ¼ cup shredded cheddar
▪️ 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
▪️ Salt and pepper, to taste
▪️ Tortilla chips
Instructions:
1. In your UVI, mix cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, and paprika.
2. Fold in bacon, 1 cup shredded cheddar, jalapeños, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread mixture evenly in your UVI, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and heat for 25 minutes until melted and bubbly.
4, Top with extra cilantro and serve warm with tortilla chips.
