Jalapeño Bacon Cheese Dip ⁠

JALAPEÑO BACON CHEESE DIP⁠
(Creamy, smoky, and just the right amount of spicy 🧀🌶️)⁠

Ingredients:⁠
▪️ 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature⁠
▪️ ⅓ cup sour cream⁠
▪️ ½ tsp onion powder⁠
▪️ ½ tsp garlic powder⁠
▪️ 1 tsp dried oregano⁠
▪️ ¼ tsp cumin⁠
▪️ ¼ tsp paprika⁠
▪️ 2 tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped, divided⁠
▪️ 4 strips cooked bacon, coarsely chopped⁠
▪️ 1 ¼ cup shredded cheddar⁠
▪️ 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped⁠
▪️ Salt and pepper, to taste⁠
▪️ Tortilla chips⁠

Instructions:⁠
1. In your UVI, mix cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, and paprika.⁠
2. Fold in bacon, 1 cup shredded cheddar, jalapeños, cilantro, salt, and pepper.⁠
3. Spread mixture evenly in your UVI, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and heat for 25 minutes until melted and bubbly.⁠
4, Top with extra cilantro and serve warm with tortilla chips.⁠
