INGREDIENTSā
š ½ lb Yukon baby potatoesā
š 2 tsp extra virgin olive oilā
š 1 tbsp dried oreganoā
š 1 clove garlic, gratedā
š 6 oz salmon filet, skin onā
š 1 tbsp butterā
š 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tsp srirachaā
š Salt and pepper to tasteā

HOW TO MAKE ITā
1ļøā£ Roast potatoes with olive oil, oregano, and garlic until softā
2ļøā£ Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepperā
3ļøā£ Sear salmon skin-side down in butter for 3 minutes until caramelizedā
4ļøā£ Flip, remove salmon, then add garlic to the skillet until fragrantā
5ļøā£ Add honey, soy sauce, and sriracha ā simmer for a couple of minutesā
6ļøā£ Return salmon, spoon glaze over top, and cook a couple more minutesā
