INGREDIENTS⁠
šŸŽ† ½ lb Yukon baby potatoes⁠
šŸŽ† 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil⁠
šŸŽ† 1 tbsp dried oregano⁠
šŸŽ† 1 clove garlic, grated⁠
šŸŽ† 6 oz salmon filet, skin on⁠
šŸŽ† 1 tbsp butter⁠
šŸŽ† 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tsp sriracha⁠
šŸŽ† Salt and pepper to taste⁠

HOW TO MAKE IT⁠
1ļøāƒ£ Roast potatoes with olive oil, oregano, and garlic until soft⁠
2ļøāƒ£ Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper⁠
3ļøāƒ£ Sear salmon skin-side down in butter for 3 minutes until caramelized⁠
4ļøāƒ£ Flip, remove salmon, then add garlic to the skillet until fragrant⁠
5ļøāƒ£ Add honey, soy sauce, and sriracha — simmer for a couple of minutes⁠
6ļøāƒ£ Return salmon, spoon glaze over top, and cook a couple more minutes⁠
