Ingredients:⁠
▪️ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil⁠
▪️ 1 garlic clove, minced⁠
▪️ ½ yellow onion, finely chopped⁠
▪️ ½ tsp smoked paprika⁠
▪️ ¼ tsp ground nutmeg⁠
▪️ ½ cup dry white wine⁠
▪️ 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves⁠
▪️ ½ lb ground beef⁠
▪️ 1 cup tomato passata⁠
▪️ 1 cup beef stock⁠
▪️ ⅓ cup heavy cream⁠
▪️ 7 oz pasta (fusilli, penne, or other short pasta)⁠
▪️ ⅓ cup grated parmesan⁠
▪️ Salt and pepper⁠
▪️ Fresh parsley leaves, chopped⁠

Instructions:⁠
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft and golden.⁠
2. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.⁠
3. Add smoked paprika, nutmeg, thyme, and ground beef. Cook for 2–3 minutes until browned.⁠
4. Pour in white wine and let it reduce slightly.⁠
5. Stir in tomato passata, beef stock, and cream. Add uncooked pasta and mix well.⁠
6. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently until pasta is cooked and sauce is creamy. Add a splash of water if needed.⁠
7. Season with salt and pepper.⁠
8. Serve warm, topped with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.⁠
