Chocolate Overnight Oats
Breakfast for 2
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsps dark chocolate chips
3 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
Dark chocolate discs for garnish
Fresh strawberries for garnish
In your UVI combine the oats, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk and dark chocolate chips. Stir thoroughly to combine
Place in the fridge and leave overnight, or at at least 4 hours.
In the morning, before eating, add some dark chocolate discs, warm your UVI for 20 minutes, then top strawberries and enjoy.
