INGREDIENTS⁠
⭐ 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces⁠

⭐ 1 cup crimini mushrooms, chopped⁠
⭐ ½ red onion, chopped⁠
⭐ 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp Italian seasoning⁠
⭐ Salt and pepper, to taste⁠

1ļøāƒ£ Preheat your Fritaire to 400°F.⁠
2ļøāƒ£ Add chicken and veggies to a large mixing bowl.⁠
3ļøāƒ£ Drizzle with olive oil.⁠
4ļøāƒ£ Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.⁠
5ļøāƒ£ Toss until evenly coated.⁠
6ļøāƒ£ Transfer everything into your Fritaire (use the Air Stand for even circulation).⁠
7ļøāƒ£ Cook for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.⁠
