INGREDIENTS⁠
⭐ 3 tsp olive oil⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp onion, finely diced⁠
⭐ 5 oz ground beef⁠
⭐ 1/2 tsp paprika⁠
⭐ 1/4 tsp garlic powder⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp ketchup⁠
⭐ 2 tsp mustard⁠
⭐ 3 tsp mayo⁠
⭐ 1 large tomato, diced⁠
⭐ 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese⁠
⭐ 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped⁠
⭐ 2 XL flour tortillas⁠
⭐ Salt and pepper to taste⁠
⁠
HOW TO MAKE IT⁠
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion until soft⁠
2️⃣ Add ground beef, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook until browned⁠
3️⃣ Stir in ketchup and mustard⁠
4️⃣ Layer tortilla with cheddar and tomato then add beef, lettuce, ketchup, and mayo⁠
5️⃣ Roll tightly seam side down and grill 2 minutes per side until toasted⁠
6️⃣ Slice, pack into your UVI, and enjoy hot wherever you are 🇺🇸⁠
