Vegan Lazy Dumpling Lasagna

VEGAN LAZY DUMPLING LASAGNA đŸ„ŸđŸŒżâ

INGREDIENTS⁠
⭐ 7 oz extra firm tofu, crumbled⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp ginger, minced⁠
⭐ 1 clove garlic, minced⁠
⭐ 1 small carrot, shredded⁠
⭐ 1 spring onion, finely sliced⁠
⭐ 2 tbsp soy sauce⁠
⭐ 1 tsp vinegar⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp sesame oil⁠
⭐ 1 tsp maple syrup⁠
⭐ A pinch of salt⁠
⭐ 4 sheets vegan lasagna, parboiled⁠
⁠
For the sauce:⁠ ⁠
⭐ 2 tbsp soy sauce⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠
⭐ 1 tsp sriracha⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp sesame oil⁠
⭐ 1 tsp rice vinegar⁠
⁠
RECIPE⁠
1. In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, ginger, garlic, carrot, spring onion, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, and salt. Mix well.⁠
2. Layer one lasagna sheet at the bottom of your UVI Lunchbox.⁠
3. Spread a thin layer of filling. Repeat layers until you almost reach the top.⁠
4. Place the lid and heat for 40 minutes.⁠
5. Meanwhile, mix together soy sauce, maple syrup, sriracha, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.⁠
6. Serve sauce over the lasagna.⁠
