Vegan Lazy Dumpling Lasagna
VEGAN LAZY DUMPLING LASAGNA đ„đżâ

INGREDIENTSâ
â 7 oz extra firm tofu, crumbledâ
â 1 tbsp ginger, mincedâ
â 1 clove garlic, mincedâ
â 1 small carrot, shreddedâ
â 1 spring onion, finely slicedâ
â 2 tbsp soy sauceâ
â 1 tsp vinegarâ
â 1 tbsp sesame oilâ
â 1 tsp maple syrupâ
â A pinch of saltâ
â 4 sheets vegan lasagna, parboiledâ
â
For the sauce:â â
â 2 tbsp soy sauceâ
â 1 tbsp maple syrupâ
â 1 tsp srirachaâ
â 1 tbsp sesame oilâ
â 1 tsp rice vinegarâ
â
RECIPEâ
1. In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, ginger, garlic, carrot, spring onion, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, and salt. Mix well.â
2. Layer one lasagna sheet at the bottom of your UVI Lunchbox.â
3. Spread a thin layer of filling. Repeat layers until you almost reach the top.â
4. Place the lid and heat for 40 minutes.â
5. Meanwhile, mix together soy sauce, maple syrup, sriracha, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.â
6. Serve sauce over the lasagna.â
